From the east: Take Route 2 West to Exit 31A (Route 12 South). Go through two sets of lights. The Leominster Campus is on the right just after McDonald's (approximately ¼ mile from the highway).

From the west: Take Route 2 East to Exit 31A (Route 12 South). Go through two sets of lights. The Leominster Campus is on the right just after McDonald's (approximately ¼ mile from the highway).

From the south: Take I-190 North to Route 2 West, Exit 32. Take Exit 31A (Route 12 South). Go through two sets of lights. The Leominster Campus is on the right just after McDonald's (approximately ¼ mile from the highway).

Proceed up the hill at the hospital going all the way to the back parking lot. The Simmons Building is the last building on the right, Entrance F. It is separate from all the other buildings.  There is a mailbox and fed-ex box outside the door. Proceed into the building and go down the stairs. The Guild room is on the left.
