Emergency 911 (911/LEC)
TSG prepares NENA compliant 911 records in the various formats specified by each ILEC based on the information received from each local order provisioned. Each record is verified for address accuracy with each LEC's MSAG database, NPA/NXX ownership is also verified to determine accurate action codes (migrate in lieu of install or delete vs. unlock). Once determined correct, 911 records are then uploaded to the LEC's 911 Database. TSG then verifies if all records have been accepted and makes any corrections if necessary. LNP records are withheld in a sub-database and verified with SOA until the appropriate porting date and consolidated within our client's daily ALI record upload to each ILEC.
