Enhanced 911 or E911 provides for a physical address to be associated with your phone number.  This information is used by emergency services to respond to your location when a call is placed using the E911 system.  NENA recommends auditing your E911 listings at least once a year to ensure the correct address is recorded against your telephone number. When was the last time you reviewed your E911 information?

Quick response by emergency services guarantees your employees will get immediate medical or police attention in an emergency situation.  Ensuring your company's local telephone lines have been properly documented and registered with local Public Safety units is critical.

Imagine a scenario that could happen in your office.  A fire starts in your coffee room and smoke engulfs the area quickly. Someone sees the smoke and dials 911.  Before he/she can give the address, they panic, drop the phone and run to the exit.  The 911 operator never gets the address because your office telephone lines were not properly documented in the E911 database when you ordered them.  This may sound extreme but it's not.  It's real.

TSG will make sure this doesn't happen to you or your employees.  TSG can perform an audit to ensure all of your telephone lines are properly submitted to the appropriate databases.
