Line Information Database (LIDB) & Customer Name (CNAM)
Once the order information is received, TSG will download LIDB & CNAM database information current with customer line information received from each local order provisioned. TSG creates a record in the format specified and uploads customer name, line restrictions and calling card information to the appropriate LIDB/CNAM database. TSG then verifies that the line information has been completed and receives confirmation.
