Heartsaver CPR AED
This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements. Includes key changes reflecting the new science from the 2010 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care
Course includes:
Adult CPR and AED use
Child CPR and AED use
Infant CPR
Adult, Child and Infant Choking
Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid
The Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid course is designed to meet the regulatory and credentialed training requirements for child care workers in all 50 states. This course teaches basic first aid including:
First Aid Basics
Medical Emergencies
Injury Emergencies
Environmental Emergencies
Pediatric First Aid topics (eye injuries; fever; suspected abuse; and snake, spider, scorpion, tick and marine animal bites and stings)
The Course Format of both classes is classroom-based (instructor and video, with skills conducted throughout)
